Looking 4: EB/Black or Silver/blk new or slightly used 02 Z

Anyone have a new or slightly used(less than 5K miles) one for sale? I was thinking about waiting until the 03's come out and get one- but If I can find a 02 at a good price that might be a better option. I would prefere a new one but I will pay no more than $5K below msrp for one with the 03's coming out in 2 months.
