2003 ZO6 Torch Red
Interior:
HUD, CD, power drivers side w/memory, etc.
Car came with black interior and I bought all new Mod Red Interior from dealer and installed.
Lloyds Mats
Vette Essentials Executive Interior Kit added. This includes steering wheel, shift knob and boot, emergency brake handle and boot, door handle pulls, console cover.
Sound Partition, factory Cargo compartment cover, trunk lid interior cover.
Hurst Shifter and I have modified rubber grommets inside and shifter does not rattle !
Interior is perfect with no marks.
Exterior:
Bought new 2004 ZO6/Z16 polished wheels from dealership ( and they were not cheap ! ) and has Goodyear Supercar Tires with approximately 5,000 miles on this set.
Has PIAA driving lights installed with factory fog light switch.
Car lowered on factory adjustments, no bushings cut.
Wolfgang Sealant and Pinnacle Soveran only used on paint.
Flush mount tail lights.
Shorty Antenna.
Added Brembo slotted and dimpled rotors and Ceramic pads.
NO scratches or door nicks. Does have a few very small rock chips in front but you have to look for them.
Right front wheel does have minor curb rash from dodging old lady in a Buick at grocery store !
Powertrain :
Only used Mobil One Synthetic Oil and has had it changed at least every 4,000 miles. Transmission and rear end just changed to Royal Purple.
Car was serviced about 500 miles ago.
Engine has Halltech Stinger filter and Vortec Tube, 160 thermostat, throttle body coolant bypass, 25% underdrive pulley, Kooks 1 3/4 longtube headers, Kooks off-road x-pipe and stock Ti mufflers.
Competition Cams 224 - 228 duration 114 LSA .581 intake and .588 exhaust lift cam shaft, Comp Cams Dual Springs, Titanium Retainers, and hardened pushrods. Cam work and tuning performed by Norris Motorsports in Orlando, FL. Approx. 420 rwh.
Car is very strong, sounds awesome with mild lope, and at WOT sounds like a screaming banshee !
Not a drag racer and only made 10 runs on 1/4 track and ran mid 11's at 119 mph on stock rubber.
Has "Abs of Steel" stainless steel backbone plate.
New Optima Red Top Battery.
I bought car at 4,000 miles from original owner and it was completely stock at that time.
I have almost all receipts and any warranty work, oil changes, etc in a file. Have window sticker and all books and they have never been written in and actually never read.
Have not had any mechanical issues with car and mostly took car in for servicing.
I did have the rack replaced as I thought there was some play in steering, has had the O ring replaced in rear end to keep it from getting the leak some owners have described. This one did not leak but if I could get it done before it did I would take it in.
Comes with fitted Wolf Car cover also.
