You are right, but you can find all colors of Z's at costco as well..... I think they sort of do a little collecting, buy/sell/trade type of deal.
You can find all the Z's at Costco for $8.95 I believe!
You can't get all colors at Costco, Electron Blue is exclusive to Target only as Ted Pennington said above. I just picked up a Black, Red and Millennium Yellow at Costco and the price was 9.95.

I have looked at two Costco's in the area and have found Black, Red, and Yellow but no White, Silver, or Blue.

I know people that picked up three, count em, THREE BLUE's on one trip to costco..... I KNOW that they are exclusive to Target, but Costco has other ways of getting them for display, and for selling, period.
Last time I was out west, the Costco I went into had every color, but red, which is probably the easiest color to find in my area!
