I would say 60-70 percent tread just to be conservative. No plugs no patches no BS.

Man this is exactly what eats me up. I just bought 4 new PS2's for mine for 1800! I could have had these with OEM wheels to boot for less. This is a steal. Bad timing for me by only 1 week. F**K ME!
