Sadly, I must part with my Z06:

2002 (405 hp), 29,500 miles.
Black exterior with black leather interior.
Excellent condition inside. A couple very minor scratches on the outside.
No performance upgrades (stock). Added a low-profile radio antenna (still have the original as well), a chrone rear plate (Z06-405hp), and wheel shields (I hate brake dust).

Asking $26,500.

Scared me for a second.

I thought at first this was Bill (BigCat39) selling his Z, then when I saw you hadn't been on the site since 2004 and just made all those posts today to get your count up, I realized that it wasn't.

Yes, this is Jon. I wish I didn't have to sell her, but my wife and I are expecting our first child and we can't afford the expense.

I really wish I could. I love this car. However, it's a lease vehicle and I can't afford to buy it outright with the baby coming, so it's going back to the lease company this fall if I can't find a buyer.

I'd really rather sell it to a person who wants to own a Z06 than see the lease company take it. I think the price is reasonable, and I'm willing to negotiate with someone making a serious offer.

Whats a serious offer? I'm 80 miles away and can pick it up anytime...I'm going to mod the hell out of it so if I but a stock one(like yours), I need as cheap as possible. Might not be the car for me, but worth a try...
