Rob..fwiw..keep the stock belts...you never know when you want to sell a car in the future and potiential buyers might be somewhat concerned with the 5 point belts you've got in there now..

Throw them in a box and forget them. (till you go to sell somewhere in the faraway future...)

well my cage is welded in there and i KNOW for a fact that the car will not ever have seatbelts in it again...so i'll still offer them to anyone interested
