yea...the worst part is....theres a guy locally, who I know because he brings his 1966 big block to the local cruise night frequently, that Ive talked to numerous times, says he wants the truck, but every time he says he'll call after work to set up a time, or he'll call this weekend, he never calls. Perfect example...talked to him this morning, said he'd call back this afternoon to come over and take a look at it. Sat at home all afternoon....its now quarter to 6, and I still havent heard anything
I've used E-Bay a few times with good results. That didn't work for my truck and Mercedes so I just listed them in the local Auto Trader magzines. The ad runs until the vehicle is sold and they will also list it online too. I had more bites from there than I did online.
thanks for the links to the local forums...Ill post it up there and see if anyones interested.
Tom, if this thing sells in the near future, I may be in touch for a magnuson for the new vette....I just saw your thread about carrying magnusons stuff now....Im always up for supporting another native of MA
Hell, I liste dmy 2001 GMC Yukon for sale and i get calls all the time. Hell, no wonder...Its a 2001 with only 26,300 mile son it, flawless condition. SLT. I listed it for $21,000. You got to take a hit to sell it quick. But if time is on your side, wait it out. I know I really DON'T want to sell my Yukon, but then again..I do. But i don't. But I do......Get my point? So, if you get what you want, it may be worth it. I only have about 3 weeks time to either SELL or store it. And, I got plenty of bite to sell at its low sale cost. That's taking a $3000 - $4000 loss on true market value....Hell, its worth alot more than private party value...I got it 8 months ago and only put 4,000 miles on it. Its still conditioned from dealer....Deale ris worth $25,600. So, I know your pain. If I wasn't waking up neighborhood with teh vette, I would sell it. But, I need it! I like your truck too. Its very clean. Nice color too. Maybe we should all start that club?

I know if I was looking for a truck the first place I would look would be a Z06 forum.
In the infamous words of our couple of walmart greeters.
"Good luck with the sale"
Yea, the problem is....there are probably more people on the Z06 forum looking for a Dodge Ram than there are people on the Dodge forum total....believe me, Ive tried
Greg, Damn! How many times are you gonna try to sell that boat anchor. Just kidding. I bought my wife an 05 in March and she loves it. However, I hate the payment. Anyway, good look with the sale, and hopefully I can get down to Houston when you pay Casey, Rob, Garett, et al a visit. By the way, is that a Mustang in the second pic... shame! shame!
Later,
Benny
