This kit was custom made for a C5. It has more "lift" due to my special order. West Coast Corvettes has a special going on now till the 15th for $2,195.00......a good deal as their regular price is $2,795.00 plus installation. These doors attract a large crowd when they are in the up position.

How much trimming is required? The WCC ones require quite a bit of the door to be trimmed. You mentioned these were custom.

The WCC site shows what has to be trimmed. I have flames on my door areas, and I'm not willing to have them trimed. I have to much invested in the paint. Therefore I'm offering them for sale at the best price for someone who wants a show winner mod.

Only thing I wonder after looking at their directions is the part that needs to be trimmed seems to tuck in behind the fender when closed, so when open how much of it is visible? Seems like alot would be if you on your knees then you would have to paint the area you cut. Am I correct?
