I will be changing out my(2002) system in the next couple of weeks and will have the stock system available. How much of a hurry are you in? I don't know what it's worth. What's a reasonable price?
I have the set, recently removed from my 02 in favor of some Boston Acoustics. You can have 'em for free if you want (well, you pay shipping), they're just magnetically stuck to the iron Lolly Column in my garage, waiting to be tossed in the trash. Too bad I didn't see this note a couple of weeks ago, or I'd have brought them down to Florida with me (I'm in Ocala now, but the speakers are in Massachusetts).
My recommendation, click my Sig and check my mod list for the model numbers of the Boston Acoustic speakers I put in, as replacements to the OEM speakers. They were fairly inexpensive, dropped right in, and were well worth the cost. Substantially better high and mid range, and improved bottom.
The Bose Blows.

RocketSled,
Crutchfield claims the Boston Acoustics S35 speakers you list on your mod list don't fit. I know it's probably an error on their part but could you verify this model before I go ahead and order a set. My stock units are trashed and I am not really looking to go down that route again.
The speaker models listed on my Site came right off the boxes after I'd installed the speakers, so they do fit. If I recall, the fronts weren't 100% perfect, but they were acceptable.
I just modified my brackets in the front to get the JL audio 6.5 tweeter set up to work. 6.5 in the back too. I have a pic in my gallery of them take a looksie. Really no x-pipes? How about some 19/20 Aero's lying around?
