I thought your car was stolen

This was taken from an ad you posted on some wheels you had for sale.

Fikse Fm5 wheels for sale

My car was stolen last night so this is all i have left of her.
Thanks for selling me some misrepresented wheels

Glad to see you return emails .

It cost $125 a wheel to get them put back to the condition you stated they where in ....I guess I am the sucker.

Hope you don't try to buy the mini tub from us.I will see to it we make up at least $1000 extra for the hassle you put me through.

Buyers and sellers beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an install kit that LPE used to charge $599.00 for that they currently sell for $300.00 I'd sell for $200.00 including shipping. Comes with shock relocation brackets and spacers. Its needed so your lower control arm does not make contack with your inside wheel edge.

Lots of pitting and heavy scratches

I had to have them disassembled and re-polished . When someone tells me a 9 out of a 10 ,that is expected. These where a 5-7 max condition. In my eyes now they are a 9. 10 being new.

Oh well .

I may be selling these as they do not clear my Brembo brakes either.Jay seemed to think they would clear.Poor judgment on my part.I have learned from my experience here and will forgo more details in the future.

Im sorry you feel that way I have had many postitive selling experiences on this site as well as corvette forum. You never contacted me to let me know you were not pleased. When I sold ls6 heads to another member and we found out they did not have the hollow valves, I paypal'd him the money to get a new set. I took a major loss but did what I felt would make the situation right. I posted pictures of the wheels as they were shipped, if they are in such terrible condition maybe you could post pictures? Also, my name is not Jay, and I NEVER said they would clear any brake system. Anyway, thanks for the kind words, have a wonderful holiday season.

GNX Guy, thanks for the offer but I dont need the limiters, etc as I have 19" wheels and they do not contact the arms.

They should clear them fine, I ran these wheels with
the wilwood setup which I think is just as big and had
no issues. Please let me know if you have any other
questions. thanks

Here is a copy of the email I sent yo
QUOTE:Wheels are in excellent condition.

QUOTE: These wheels are in beautiful condition. these pictures do not do the wheels justice, however I dont have a good digital camera so it is the best I could do.

How can you state this information and still sleep at night.I just took them out of the box and all have severe pitting in the clearcoat,I suppose you attempted to polish 1 of them and did a extremely poor job or better said a good job at making it worse.

I should have asked how many track miles on them.A customer of mine bought the tranny cooler you had and said you where an upstanding individual and that you represent your products well.

I had the same wheels on my Z-28 for 3 yrs and 40,000 miles and never did they look this bad.In fact they looked same as new.

I suppose I will chalk this up to my first ebay mistake of the 30 I have participated in.

I am going to send them off and get a quote for repairs to make them the way you represented them.

I'm gonna suggest that you boys take this offline and work it out!

I'm going to close this thread and if jmenge wants to start another thread about the mini-tub, he is welcome to.

Thanks for your cooperation.
