WTB NOW: 2003 Silver/Black Z06

I am ready to buy now; the wife has given her approval and I need to purchase before she changes her mind.
The following is what I want. I am not willing to accept any deviation:
1. 2003 Z06
2. Machine Silver exterior
3. Black interior (NOT the mod red)
4. Memory seats
5. Body side moldings (put on by the factory)

Preference is new. There are some very low 2004 prices out there, I expect your 2003 price to be lower than that before the $2000 rebate reduction.
I will accept low mileage used, but the price had better be really good. Don't bother sending prices that are more than new. I do not plan to negotiate, send your lowest price first because I do not have time to go back to ask a second time.
I am not swayed by mods. They might be tie breaker, but they will not make me put your Z06 to the top of the list.
Within the used car category, preference (but not sole choice) will be given to those in the Cape Canaveral, Florida area.
Perference will also be given to those willing take my 1999 FRC in as trade. It is in good condition and has good tires, etc. I can give more details on request.
When you send your price, please send ALL costs, fees, add-ons etc. If we go to close the deal and there is a surprise, I will walk away...no discussions.
I have to make my decision by Moday evening, December 8. The reason being that if I do not find the 2003 Z06 of my dreams, I am purchasing a brand new 2004. I have already given my word to someone on the 2004 purchase with the caveat that I do not find a 2003, so don't send anything on 2004's (or any other year than 2003 for that matter).
I apologize for sounding a little (or a lot) harsh, but 2003 would have been the car of my dreams if I had gotten permission to buy it last year.
Please send your information to Allan at:
aweiner@harris.com

Thanks,
Allan

If the name of the siver in 2003 was quicksilver, then that is the color I want.

I was going to say you're going to have an awfully difficult time finding a machine silver '03 Z06. Good luck in your search.

Good luck with the search. I've got exactly what you're looking for except for the mileage, but I'm not willing to give it up. Have a great time with your 03 or 04 on Monday.

Good luck with your search. I just hope you did not wait too long to find a leftover.

The 50th edition of a world classic automobile can never be replaced. I waited until the dealer had 2 left in stock to go down and negotiate.

Go to Chevrolet.com and look at dealer inventory in your area. That might help. Best of luck, there ain't nothin like it!

You might want to consider Carzzy's '02 QS and save youself some money and get a like new ZO6. Check it out further down the thread with photo's. Looks and sounds incredible. Fairly priced considering the milage and condition.
Good luck in your search.

Did you see this one:

"2003 Silver Z06 with black interior
9000 miles
Tinted windows
Modified Stock Shifter
Painted Gauge Bezels
$43000 obo
The car is in excellent shape and ready to go. Feel free to email me if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Chris"

He is now asking $42000 obo

What is the best 2004 price you have seen?

I don't mean to discourage you, but I tried to do a NCM delivery back in mid March of the exact car you are describing. 3 dealerships tried to order it for me, all were told me that GM had already completed production of all the QS Z06's for the year. I could do NCM delivery of any color, except QS.

Also, of all the colors available for the 2003 Z06, QS is the rarest - not that it is rare by any means (I think I just read that 1089 QS Z06's were produced in 2003).

I did end up buying the exact car that you are looking for (Sorry, I'm not parting with it - ever), but my dealership had to trade another dealership for it - they put it on a flat bed truck and delivered it. It had 3 miles on it when I picked it up.

I hope you find one, but you might want to starting looking into the 04 Machine Silver.
