Bill Estes Chevrolet (CORVETTESELLER) Service

Another good experience with Corvetteseller and Bill Estes Chevrolet.

I needed an extremely hard part to get from GM for my Z that I had damaged (cosmetic apprearance somewhere close to the tires, if I told ya then I would have to kill ya).

But, anyway tried on GMPARTSDIRECT.COM and they couldn't get me the part. But, my car is brand new with less than 200 miles on it and want it to look perfect.

So, they tried to get the part and got the same answer from Chevrolet that they did not have enough for production and could not sell the part without insurance documentation, need, etc.

But, Jerry in parts went to bat for me and went high enough up the GM Corvette ladder and got one coming for me that will arrive on my door step next week.

Now I call that customer service and going the extra mile for your customers!

I'm glad that Jerry, along with our Director, knew the right
people in the General's Army to get this done for you; Jerry
was initially told that it was impossible at this time.....he said
that it may just take him a bit longer to get done under those
circumstances.

Our parts department has also just revised their pricing
structure as it relates to this Website...LOWER PRICES !!

Another First Rate CORVETTESELLER and Bill Estes Chevrolet Customer Service.........

As most of you are aware if you have read my post around the scratches in my new Z either during delivery or shipment, the courtesy delivery dealer Burt Chevrolet in Denver, CO have washed their hands of any responsibility.

Corvetteseller and Bill Estes Chevrolet which had no responsibility putting the scratches in the car, but they were my purchasing dealer have offered to assist in payment of the detailing bill. I told Bob I could not accept that offer since they had no responsibility for the scratches and it was a matter of principle and not money to get Burt to accept responsibility for their actions.

BUT, Bob insisted that he and Bill Estes management wanted to participate in repair of the scratches quote: " Even though we did not prep or deliver the vehicle, he is still our customer; in spite of the scratches being beyond our control, we will participate in the fix."

It is rare that you find a dealership committed to this level of CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Corvetteseller and Bill Estes Chevrolet are #1 when it comes to Customer Service and their commitment to the customer. Thank you CORVETTESELLER (Bob Benedix) and Bill Estes Chevrolet for your commitment to me, your customer.

My next Vette will be purchased from them along with maybe an SUV or two!!!

This is fantastic. I'm glad Bob and Estes showed the type of customer commitment that many other dealers lack. Bob and Estes know the value of putting the customer first.
