Courtesy Chevrolet in San Jose will Damage your car and not fix it

Damaged it twice

First time they tried to drive it off of a lift with the arms still under it and TORE the heck out of my rocker panels and the panels below the door

Here is all the info on the second time

Dealer damaged car AGAIN

Dealer has had car FOR A MONTH (rant)

Dealer DAMAGED car and GM wont help

they partially admit responsability (they do to me but not to GM) and have not fixed it car has been there a month and 12 days as of today

GM better get crap like this straight. There are companies with much better customer service out there. You can be almost sure to get some kind of damage every time you visit a GM dealership service center.

the thing that sucks is now my rear diff is making ALL KINDS of noises from the second I picked the car up. I do not know where to take it
