Dealership said never bring my Z06 back!

short version in order
dealership installs new rotors for free
installs seat back for free
replaces DIC light for free cracks cluster lens
puts 2nd lens in cracks it before dash is all the back together and they crack my trim piece on the center of the dash, and forget to install a screw in the dash
I try to take off my front wheels yesterday and have a stripped out wheel stud
Take car back today to install new cluster lens and center dash trim and show then the wheel stud and explain they were the last place to take my wheels off
Now the dash is out for 3rd time in a month I see my A-pillar trim is messed up and point that out.
Service manager pulls me in office and tells me they are losing to much money on my car and never to bring it back since I don't spend enough there. Tells me they make money off other customers and they are a business and cant keep losing money on my car
Then tells me I am to picky and they have the best techs around and so on.
Well 15 mins later car is ready I go to drive off and no HUD, there best tech forgot to plug it in so they had to take my dash out for the forth time. I told them to just mail me my a pillar trim and I would never come back.

Don't they even verify their work before they release a car back to the customer? Oh never mind, the answer is obvious. Free or not, I'd never let them touch my car.

Unreal. You should have told him that after that experience, who would want to. That's a perfect exapmle of very poor customer service.

I'd bring it back and park it right in front of the owners/or general managers office and tell them to fix it.
You should have told the service manager to kiss your ass and talked to the owner.

Stripped out wheel studs are damn common. Had my rotors done under warranty and the dealer broke 4 wheel studs torquing them back on. 45 min job turned into 6 hours.

Post the dealers name so no one else has to put up with this BS.
Did you buy your Z there or just have warranty work done?
Not that it matters, their customer service skills, just plain suck.
Like said, make a call to GM and the owner of the dealer. If for nothing else, you will let some steam off.
They just don't get it, oh, wonder why he bought his next Vette from another dealer.

I would call the GM and tell him it was my last one i ever bought from them.
Plus, i would tell him you posted their dealership name and your horror story for other future buyers in the area.

Pull your pants down, then tell them to kiss it, right in the middle, and show them where. Then a smoking burnout would be in order.

Seriously, if they don't want you back, make it worth it.

And furthermore, I hope GM goes belly up, flatline, dead.

Thank god they are not all alike.

I just got back from a Hendrick dealership today. Great service director and a very thourough and careful tech. Unfortunatly it is like finding a needle in a haystack. The only dealership service dept. I feel good about going there and when I leave.

...and you just left, without speaking to the General Manager? Owner? District Chevrolet Rep?

If it is warranty work, then doesn't the dealer get compensation from GM/Chevrolet? Therefore how is the Dealer loosing too much money on this car?

"Short Version in order" as stated above. The "long version" probably tells a more complete story. I wonder how this story was reported on the "Chevy Dealers" forum?

Clearly something is wrong here, good luck.
