Unfortunately, some service depts. just don't get it. It's too bad you have to resort to lawsuits to get things done the way they should have been done in the first place. They also have NO consideration for YOUR time.

i dont' think i would leave my car at the dealer unless i absolutly had to..
not running towed in ..etc..

my service guy keeps my z in his bay until i pick up.. i think i am spoiled..
i do not think i would have used my insurance if it was in their fenced in lot..
this claim will be reported to CLUE comprehensive loss underwriting exchange.. . when you go to get insurance from someone else.. other company etc...
there it is..
ask your agent if a note could be added to that record that this claim was subrogated to another insurance company.. therefore no cost to the insurance company..
