Took my 02Z in for a list of Warranty issues since it runs out next week. Had previously gone to Parkway Chevy with really poor service. Buckalew [Conroe, TX] was awesome, took care of everything, even if marginal. Michael is the service manager that helped me:
1) Rocking chair fixed
2) Rear diff leak fixed
3) Steering noise when turning right fixed
4) Headline weather stripping by driver's door: replaced
5) Weather stripping around rear window by trunk coming undone and letting water leak in: replaced and sealed propoerly
6) Rear defroster pod came off: fixed
7) E-brake not holding: adjusted
Buckalew gave me a free rental car from Enterprise the entire 4 days the car was in the shop. 1st two days a Tahoe, 2nd two a Chevy full size PU/Z71.
GREAT SERVICE and they've got a loyal customer. I will take great care of them on the GM survey.
