Let me start by saying that in 2001 I rolled up there in my GrandSport to get my oil changed. The head salesman said "nice Z06". Wow, that's amazingly stupid I thought.
Also they advertise prices that they will not give you. For example they had a loaded Suburban on sale for like 35k or something. My friend runs Robert Chevrolet right in Hcksville the next town over and says that price is impossible. They would have to lose a lot of money to sell at that price. We call up on speakerphone and ask about the suburban. They said yup we've got two in come on down. I was like alright I'll get the cash and come over, you're sure about the price of 35k. They're like well you dont want to finance it or lease it or anything? "Nope, cash" i respond. They start backpeddaling and saying that they may actually be sold already but we could make a deal on somehting else. I'm like no i want that suburban in the ad and want to pay cash. They totally broke down and backtracked the entire time. I then hung up and my friend was pissed that they would do such a thing but knew he was right about it. They're scumbags. They had a black C6 in there and I went by to check it out in the Z (this time they knew it was a Z amazingly) The thing didn't have crossdrilled rotors and I asked how much. They said some insane number like 65k "ya know that's what these are going for these days" I'm like yea ok. They said it had every option and was the top of the line one. I asked where the drilled rotors were in that case. They said it doesn't come with that at all. Again, morons, liars, and theives.
Don't support people like that.
Go to dobler, ramp, or roberts (they do warranty work on my somewhat modded Z)...... just not "performance"
