Please help!I think is dealer jerking me around

About a year ago I went to a large chevrolet dealer in Austin and left a deposit for their 2nd z06 at MSRP. The terms were clearly stated in email and the terms were agreed to by internet sales manager in a return email which I kept. Both important parts of the email were verified( both the 2nd allocation and the msrp). This is a large dealership and I know they have gotten more than 2 ZO6's.

Is there a way I can prove they have gotten 2 z06's and passed me and , if so, what should I do? They wont answer specific question of getting thier 2nd z06 and are just saying things like the cars are hard to get.

If you are suspecting this... Ask them to provide a list of the number of Z06's sold. If not, you can request this thru a lawyers letter.

Sound's like it's time to leave this dealership!
