WARNING! Dont go to John L Sullivan Chevy

I TOOK MY CAR TO JOHN L SULLIVAN IN ROSEVILLE CALF.

This was for a rear end leak that they have now supposedly fixed. I got the car back with 135 miles put on it and damaged!!!!!!!!!
when they put the car up on the lift they damaged the body panels undet the car! they let the jack pads rest on the composite instead of on the frame. I wonder if these guys know about jacking pucks?? I am really pissed because i even went to the effort of telling them about the pucks and the guy said oh yeh we do lots of corvettes.

obviously i am not afraid of posting the dealers name

i want to warn everyone not to go there.

A letter from your attorney to the dealer demanding just compensation for the damage they did to your car would
definitely be in order, and cc the letter to the regional GM service rep too. I keep a set of pucks in my car at all times, but my local dealer does take care and has their own set of pucks, and they only have one tech that they will let get near
any corvettes that come in for service/repairs.
I feel for you man! DO NOT let this slide!
