NCM Debuts the 2007 Corvette!
Just read the agenda for this weekend's C5/6 Registry Birthday Bash at the NCM and was excited to see that the 2007 Corvette will be presented by Wil Cooksey, John Spencer, Harlan Charles, Tadge Juechter, and the new chief engineer, Tom Wallace!
The presentation will take place April 22, at noon, in front of the Museum.
Other special guests at the Museum will include: Andy Pilgrim, Johnny O'Connell, Ron Fellows, Doug Fehan, Dave Hill, Gary & Robin Pratt, Steve Wesoloski, and Gary Claudio.
There will also be a C6 Quality Clinic, Dave Hill appreciation dinner, and the delivery of Ben Labaree's Corvettes Conquer Cancer C6 Corvette.
Mrs Zippy and I plan on leaving in about 10 hours, guess I better get to sleep.
I was in Bowling Green today and saw some vettes rolling into town. Lisa and I wont make it to the bash this year. Have fun and we will see you at the fest.

The newest color available on the 2007 model will be unveiled at the C5/C6 Bash event. GM has mailed a paint chip sample to Chevrolet dealers showcasing the new Atomic Orange Metallic. This new color replaces the Daytona Sunset Orange color. Other 2007 option lineup information includes:
* Two-tone Modified Seats (perforated leather seating surface) with crossed flag embroidery and contrasting stitching available in 026 Red, 316 Cashmere, 846 Titanium. Available on Coupe and Convertible with 2LT or 3LT equipment packages.
* UK3 Steering-wheel mounted audio controls included with Bose premium audio systems. (US9/U3U)
* Larger glove box storage space.
* UE1 OnStar now available on Z06 with 2LZ equipment group.
* Enhanced acoustic package reduces road noise and is included with Z06 2LZ equipment group.
* Bose audio enhancements.
