The annual anniversary event for the NCM takes place August 30 thru Sept 2, 2007 in Bowling Green KY.

Pre-registration closes on August 19 at 5PM. All pre-registered participants will receive a specially designed event dash plaque, lapel pin, and personalized event badge.

This exciting event will feature:

* The memorable Corvette Hall of Fame Induction Banquet--Corvette Racing Legend, Doug Hooper; C4 Consultant and Technical Specialist, Gordon Killebrew, and Project Opel Designer, Carl Renner.

* Complimentary Individual membership for all non-members registering for the event (a $50 value).

* Informative seminars by the Hall of Fame members and family/associates.

* Special displays: "Lucky 7" display featuring members cars showcasing each decade: 57=C1, 67=C2, 77=C3, 87=C4, 97=C5, and 07=C6.

* Museum and plant tours, autocross (presented by Nashville Corvette Club).

* Celebrity Choice Car Show, and autograph session.

* Auctions, live and silent, bid on rare collectibles including a diamond C5 Corvette ring, and a 1983 Franklin Mint Corvette model.

* Live musical entertainment in the Chevrolet theater and more.

The winner of the 2008 Victory Red Corvette Coupe will be drawn as part of Saturday's event. Tickets are only $10 each.....pm me if you want to purchase a raffle ticket.

Got that right.....we're about 82 miles from the Museum.

I've been to all their weekend events this year.

As most of you probably know, volunteers from the Nashville Corvette Club members usually run the Museum autocross's. We'll be watching you Joe.

What are some of the hotels on that main road south of the museum. Thought I could remember Hampton and Baymont. Any others? I'm a little late making reservations, so need some choices. Thanks, Drew
