Hey Jason, what's your policy on test drives on the new Z06s? I went to a dealership here in BR and they would not let me drive one unless I put a deposit down. He would not budge on that. Like I'm going to put money down on a car I'm not 100% I'm going to buy. Isn't that why the call it a "test" drive? LOL I'm very interested in purchasing either a black or quick silver Z06 in the coming weeks (just need to sell my TA first). Once I do so, it is Z06 time. I would like to drive one before making any final decisions though .
Thanks,
Jason

Ya know, if you don't mind me asking how old are you? Or better yet how old do you look?
I am looking into buying a ZO6 after I'm 25 (24 in a couple of weeks) for insurance reasons, but I can see how a salesman would laugh at me for wanting a test drive.
I would also like to know what the policys are.

Z06Fiend, I'm 21 years old, so I do look pretty young compared to most vette buyers. However, my dad was with me and he still wouldn't budge on the deposit requirement. lol Oh well.. they just lost a customer.
Jason, thanks, I'll be in touch in the coming weeks.

I think the policy is that you have to be able to spell "policies" correctly.
