I have a question if you don't mind. I have a 2001 Z06 with 38K miles.
I already have a 72month/50K GMPP warranty on it but if I wanted (before the last three months or before 47K miles) can I extend the GMPP warranty again....
How would I find out if I could and approximately what the
zero deductable
100 deductable
200 deductable would be for another 3 years?
I'm driving about 8K a year, thinking maybe another 3 years ..
so I'm considering what my options are and what type of service the warranty would cover.
I don't need 3 months notice before the end of my original warranty, do I? My '03 factory warranty ends on 1/27/06. I drive about 7,500 miles per year. What would you recommend in my case? Thanks.
Good thing I purchased the extended warranty from Jason about a month ago!....my headlight motor has a gear stripped now...it went out less than a week after my factory warranty expired!
I have a '03 Z06 with 35k miles on it & I just dropped by the dealership to check on GMPP pricing... I mentioned to her that I was shopping around for prices & she told me that no matter where I went in FL, I'd be paying the same amount. I then mentioned shopping out-of-state & she told me that I couldn't do that!?! ...She said that it was against the law (I'm confused as to which 'law' she's referring to) for anyone out-of-state to sell me a GMPP plan & I could get into trouble as well as the person/dealership that sold it to me.
Can you let me know what she's talking about, seeing as she wouldn't give much of an explanation? I think she's working on commission, so she probably just doesn't want me to go anywhere else to purchase one.
