Pocono Full Course June 19

Here is another opportunity to run the POCONO roadcourse. HOOKED ON DRIVING is hosting this event, sponsored by ROUSH PERFORMANCE. What a chance to show the FORDS where the bear does his thing!

The Pocono full road course has several variations including use of the double infields and 2 of the longest straight aways in NASCAR! We might even try a few laps on the NASCAR Tri-oval at the end of the day - weather permitting Boogity, Boogity, BOOGITY!

I know exiting the road course at 50mph I can hit 145mph at the end of the strait... Imagine exiting turn 3 at 100+mph and running over a mile of straightaway..... now THATS flying!

Well, it took me a day to come down out of the clouds after this AMAZING even. HOD/ROUSH PERFORMANCE put a GREAT event on for us- Thank you Joe M & company.

Everyone had a great time- no bad off track excursions.....just lots of smiles!

I have been running Pocono since 1996 and always dreamed of having the whole track. Its one of my two dreams I always wanted-- the second, well, we wont go into that here..

Nice to run with Kingkyle and Ray, and everyone else. Hopefully NASA will see how this was run and take note for their events, namely the GRAND SLAM coming up in JULY. I am trying to remember the ROUSH-Charged 'stangs but it was hard to see them in my REAR VIEW MIRROR!


I think my speedo is off, I was running 168 mph down the front strait-- way ahead of another Z06 who saw 180mph.... and a C6 Coupe running 170mph.....After passing the Black Porsche, I had clean air til they dropped the checkered. Just freekin AWESOME! I can now say BOOGITY BOOGITY too!!!!!
