My wife and I came through Hot Springs and the next day Eureka Springs coming back to KC from LG's in Dallas - about a month ago. Both were beautiful areas, but Eureka Springs I liked better as its tucked into some mountains with some serious (read fun) switchbacks on ingress/egress into/out of town.
My Z is very low, and I had some serious difficulties in town - FYI as a lot of the streets are very narrow, some cobblestone, and with the hills, etc. - just a bit of a pain for a lowered vehicle.
That aside, the vette show there is usually very large, and its a great destination - B&B's, cool bars and restaurants - both in town and up on the hills along the highway.
I am definitely going to try and make it one of these years..

Attended a few years ago and it is BIG. Great area of the country but in October there is always the chance of rain as it did on me. Became cold and windy.
Other than that there were so many cars and things to see that it was hard to see everything. Make sure you make reservations early as there are not hundreds of rooms like in a big city. Most hotels will require more than a one nite stay.
Extremely nice area and lots of good people. I am sure you will enjoy!!
I've heard the annual Vette show in Eureka Springs is one of the best.
Have any of you attended.....comments, suggestions?
I live an hour from there so we have been before. It typically draws 800+ cars and is loads of fun. After last year they killed the moonlight cruise but there are plenty of other things to do and Vettes to see.
