Looked at the other thread ... I can't do it, but it appears doable at ~ $300. per ... someone's got to be the organizer, grouping entrants by skill level ... if it's a HPDE format, there's class time and instructors ... they usually get in free, so their cost has to be underwritten by student entrants.
If it is not structured in HPDE format, then run groups and track rules still have to be established ... and then there's tech and safety checks ...prolly about a third to a half of the entrants can legitimately be put in "Advanced" or solo group(s). For Novice and Intermediate, if no one in the "right seat" then drivers's gotta hope that those on the track with them stay in control and don't swap paint or car parts ...
NASA SE has an excellent instructional program, that is being leveraged by the NCM HPDE at CMP end Oct (instructional format and instructors). Some of the key folks are regular posters on the other site, so I expect them to step up to the mike.
You Misfits ... have yourselves an early Christmas!
