Going to NJ tomorrow
I am leaving on vacation to go to Lyndhurst, NJ tomorrow morning and plan on staying there until next week, I have talked with Debbie (TryNkeepUp) and plan to meet her and other corvette people at the Whiskey Cafe in Lyndhurst on Saturday, June 23. They have a car show there every Sat evening. Hope to see some other Z06vette.com folks there.

That is where I grew up and lived before moving to AZ. I still have 2 brothers there that I am going to visit, plus eat some good Italian food there. Anyway, its 107 here now and NJ is a lot cooler than here (this time of year).

Damn, I used to cruise Ridge Road Between N Arlington and Lyndhurst!!!
Fun times and memories.
Still there and we used to cruise from Lyndhurst to Rutherford and then the other way to N Arlington, Kearny and East Newark. Fun times for sure. Did you ever go to Rutt's Hut off of Hwy 21. Back in the day it was a great place to eat and set up street racing.

I remember doing all the same stuff as a teenager - cruising Ridge Road and Park Ave! Haven't been back to Jersey in quite a long time. I've been meaning to get to the Whiskey so now I have a good reason!
See ya Saturday Tom!

I'd still take the 107 in Yuma over 97/97 in Lyndhurst! Have a great time Tom and take lots of pics! Make sure you get in touch with PJ. Teddy has her number.

I checked the weather (weather man) and it is forcast to be in the 80's with one or two days of rain while I'm there. Wait until late July or August if you want the 97/97 weather. Haven't seen her (PJ) in ages, will do. I'll give you a call after I get there.
