Hi Guys,

Sorry about this, but I've seen on my previous post and have been getting a bunch of private email stating that folks don't like (can't make) the time selected.

I made a call here and will move it to Sunday April 7th at 12:00 noon at the DOWNERS GROVE HOOTERS . I see from the response in my other thread that many would then be able to join us.

BTW, there will be another corvette group at Hooters on Sunday too. The more vets the better.

Place: Hooters in DOWNERS GROVE, on BUTTERFIELD RD just west of I-355

Hi,

Lets see how many more we can recruit, they we can pick either the Downers Grove or the Aurora Hooters.

We also need to pick a time, should we do a lunch around noon or a dinner at say around 5:00

Lets start a poll

1. What time to meet

2. Which Hooters to meet at. FYI, the Aurora Hooters is smaller inside, but may offer better parking arrangements for us.

I'd like to see if we can get 10 or more guys out. Regular C-5 guys are welcome too.

Hey all, definately comming! Bringing a friend, no C-5 but a callaway t-turbo among others. Lets do Aurora if possible, but either way is ok with me. Would prefer noon, but again all is possible

she loves vettes and wants to come to any event we have or would love to have us as her guest when she is performing

. married here but any single guys.........she is 25, hell she might show up if we wanted. where is the banner site lol.

I only see 1 persons response here so someone (Joe) make a call here. Unless more people voice their opinion between now and 4/6. Either way I guess I'm comming south. Just post location so I can map out a route.

I would go but I have prior plans to go to Great Lakes Dragaway on April 6th. I'm definately up for future get togethers in the Chicago Suburbs Area. Perhaps a day at the track!!!

As I posted in the grandstand, if you guys want to come stop by see an autocross, the chicago region scca is having their annual drivers school on april 6 and 7th (sat and sunday). It is at RT 66 raceway in Joliet. we pretty much will run in the afternoon on saturday, and all day sunday.
Let me know if any of you plan to come and I will meet ya and show you around. There are several autocrosses in the chicago area this year at RT66, maybe some of you want to come out and give it a try.
