The annual Corvettes at Michigan Intl Speedway show is this Saturday & Sunday, July 29/30. Our local club, America's Corvette Club, helps out the show by having a silent auction to benefit the NCM. Mrs Zippy & I will be there both days, so stop by and say HI Zip!
Not to mention the Firestone 400 IRL race with practice & qualifying on Saturday, race on Sunday. I believe SPEED-TV will broadcast the race on Sunday.
My favorite to win is Helio Castroneves for Team Penske, but will also enjoy the close racing by other top drivers, Hornish, Tony Kanaan, Marco Andretti, Danicka Patrick, Dario Franchitti (didya know that Dario is married to Ashley Judd?), Dan Wheldon, etc.
