NEW Fully furnished spacious new 3BR 2BA home 2 Car Garage in the RiverBend Development, Bowling Green KY
Everything within minutes reach. A fully equipped kitchen with
everything you will need if you REALLY want
to cook. (well, you are on vacation aren’t you?) There are 3 bedrooms
and all with new carpeting. The master bedroom has a Queen size Bed,
TV, VCR/DVD player. Bedroom 2 - Twin
Bed, Bedroom 3 – Twin bed. The Family Room has a TV,
DVD/VCR player, Sectional with pull out full size bed. Washer
and dryer. This home is centrally located for most all the main
attractions in Kentucky.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Central Air Condition, Ceiling Fans, the fully equipped kitchen,
Glassware, pots and pans, dish towels, small
Appliances, full sized range with oven, refrigerator with Icemaker & dishwasher, cutlery and in the laundry room full
sized washer and new dryer. Iron, Hairdryer, Cable Television with
VCR and DVD players, linens and towels are included, BBQ
grill.
Vacation Rental Rates
5 nights Minimum $140 per night
$2500 per month
Small pets welcome at owner's discretion, $25 /night , $200 additional
refundable security deposit
No smoking
A $250.00 deposit is required to confirm all reservations. 50% of
Rental Fee is due upon execution of Rental Lease with the remainder
due 30 days prior to occupancy. A $500.00 security deposit is due on
all rentals. These funds will be returned to you within 15 days of
your departure, less any invoices for damages incurred during your
stay. Cancellations within 30 days prior to occupancy you will
receive a refund of your money less $35.00 cancellation fee, more
than 30 days NO REFUNDS. $100.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from
security deposit. Utilities are included in rental fee.
