I was looking at a 2003 Millenium Yellow Z06 today and I was wondering if it stands out too much. Are cops attracted to your Z's? Does it stand out alot or does every Corvette stand out? What kind of complaments are you MY guys getting? Do you guys have any pictures of MY with the sun light on it because the lights in the showroom are not really bright? Thanks for any help.
I've had mine two years and love the yellow. Before this I had a '98 Cobra in yellow. I don't think it gets too much bad attention. A Vette speeding down the road is a Vette speeding down the road. Some people love it...some people don't. I rarely get bad comments on it but when I do I don't care. I bought the car for me, not them.

14 months still love the car and color and I haven't been bothered by the police but............I sometimes wish I went for
black or EB because they are a little more subtle. but thats me I
am just never satisfied
I would not have picked yellow. To gaudy I thought. The wife said if you are going to buy a car like this get one that people will notice. She liked it so we got it.
We love it. One thing I really like is if it gets a little dusty etc. it still looks good, like a white car.
Knock on wood I do not have any yet but I think it should not be bad about showing slight scratches or imperfections,
Only problem is some times every bug in town likes it. They don't do anything to it they must like the color so much they love to sit on it
Black is awesome when clean but 10 minutes later it is dirty And any scratch etc. sticks out like a sore thumb.

Any color is personal preferece. I like the yellow because it stands out a little, but it does attract a little more attention, some wanted and some not.
One benifit of a light color is that it does not show dirt or micro-scratches in the clear coat nearly as much as darker colors. I know!
I have a Red Porsche so another Red sportscar was out of the question. When I first saw a Z06 I thought how kewl the Yella with the black contrast would look. Well, with chromed wheels and a few other chrome accents....phenominal!!
Yellow attracts bugs like flys on shit...too wierd....it's like a bug mating invitation.
When I see female varieties of the human species breaking neck on the road and freeway, this only confirms that Millenium Yellow is aphrodisiac
I read a survey recently that Yellow now exceeds Red in the number of Tickets and Tan or Beige Cars get the least. That Yellow Cars get in the least accidents and that Beige Cars get in the most accidents.
I take most surveys with a grain of salt.
IMO arrest me Red is the #1 magnet for Cops Also How could Yellow be #1, for every Yellow Car that you see, I see at least 10 Red Cars.
Pick the color that use like the most and don't worry about the Color drawing attention. The car it self CORVETTE is the biggest attention getter.

I PREFER A YELLOW VETTE OVER ANY OTHER COLOR SINCE THE C3
I HAD MINE FOR ALMOST 8 MONTHS AND I ONLY HAD GREAT COMMENTS ABOUT THE COLOR...WELL EVERYBODY LOVES THE COLOR.
And i can't answer you the police question, because here in my country when i use my car i think they only say...WOW!!! DID YOU SAW THAT?????? ..........
But Black is radar reflective That's why the stealth is Black
