Mine ripped after about 15 months. The dealer replaced it under warranty. Then I covered them with Wet Okole's.

Where are the rips?? Side bolsters, seat cushion or back? I came close when a comb in my back pocket caught on one of the little perforation holes in the leather. That would have pissed me off. The leather for the bottom and back cushion does seem a little thin IMO. Hope they improve this on the C6.

Sorry to hear this!!

I've had my car for over 2 1/2 years, no problems with the seats ripping.

My seat ripped along the thread on the left side bolster. Replaced under warranty. But the cover was back ordered at the time. That was just before this year's Fest.

ya the rips are on the drivers side. On the bottom of the seat. On the left lower Lip (by your left ass cheek). Has 3 ripped marks like it was spread apart or something...

Wierd stuff going to stop by Chevorlet and see what they can do.

Just a shame only had it for 2 weeks and it already is messed up.

I had alot of problems with the leather seats on my 98 C5 ripping
on the drivers side. I fear that this might happen on my 03 Z06.
