Hey Bad Machine - I did the rear flush mount for cleaning purposes only too. It does look cleaner but for me it was just in the interest of keeping those things clean! I bought my kit at Corvette Garage - good folks.
The wheels are CCWs and you can call John at CCW Wheels. I believe their site is http://www.ccwheel.com
