Great Customer Service

He's one of the GOOD stories

I had a High Flow Cat go bad, 1 of the 3 section of honeycomb inside broke up and came out back-end after rattling and scaring the crap out of me. No reason or anything different just BROKE. This happened, if I remembered correct back in November. Well, I finally remember and decided to get it replaced and seeing how they are guaranteed I called Finish Line Performance (FLP) which the High Flow Cat was part of the header package.

Disclaimer: FLP is a supporting vendor but I purchased the FLP header system prior to them become a vendor.

Wednesday: I call FLP and talked to Mitch about noon. He said to ship back to them along with a Dyno sheet so they could see Air Fuel Ratio because a BAD AFR can ruin a CAT. I then email the Dyno Sheet in advance from work. I got home about 4:15 and immediately jack up Vette and with a 11mm socket in hand remove the 2 V-Clamps and pulled the CAT out. Got a box, packed, labeled and then headed for “The UPS Store” which is about 2 miles from the house. Dropped off about 5:30 pm with a destination of Naperville, Il which is about 280 mile from St. Louis. UPS said it would be delivered the next day Yea Right

Thursday: I call Mitch and told him I had shipped and ask if he needed anything else and that the CAT was shipped.

Friday: I call to ask if they had longer bolts for the V-Clamp seeing how I had an old set that had almost too short of bolts. To my surprise I was told “A NEW CAT” had been shipped Thursday afternoon Damn, this is too good to be true. As I pulled in to driveway about 4:00 there was a package on the front porch. Jump out of truck and it is the same box I had used for shipped. I open up and there was my NEW CAT. Changed cloths and slipped cat in, put on the 2 V-clamp, torqued bolts down. Let Vette down off of jack, put tools away and went for a drive. All is ok

All this in ~48 hours. Normally this back and forth is days on end and more of this or that is need to complete process.

My hats off to Mitch and FLP for excellent service.

Again, I purchased headers prior to FLP becoming a vendor and I am not any way connected with them and they didn't know I was associated with Z06Vette.com, JUST DAMN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

George

Me too.
It's nice to know there are still a few companies out there who give a damn, and are not just out to get your money and then pretend you don't exist. Kudos to FLP
