How do you organize a group buy. Like if I wanted a guy to offer a discount for a group buy, what would I do. Do i take all the money, then give it to him. Or do i get like a keyword to tell him to get the discount.
my friend at the other forum did a group purchase of a set of headers... what you could do is... talk to vendors .. and tell them taht you can arrange a group purchase of an item... wat prices could they offer for certain number of purchases... and they will give you that .. get the people together.. and let him takeover the payment and shipping and all fo that... its a bit harder to find someone that willl do it .. cuz the vendors are stuck with a price that they cannot change unless the manufacutrer allows them too.. thus they will have to speak to the manufacturer before replying bakc to you..

Best thing to do is post something in the New Producs section asking if any of the vendors are interested in doing a GP on the product(s) that you are interested in.
As suggested above you can also call several of the forum vendors (remember that forum vendors are the only vendors allowed to do GPs on the site) to see if any of them are interested in doing a GP. They will tell you what kind of price they can give the group and the minimum number of orders needed to guaratee the price.
