Has anyone heard or tried "Ohio Central Savings" for autoloans?

Don't want to hijack your thread, but I just did and auto-refinance with a company in Texas. Went from a 8.75 to 7.24, same amount of months and knocked $41.00 off my payment a month. I was shocked that there was a company out there to do this, but I'm happy as a pig in mud!!
