After a 15 years without a Corvette, I have rejoined the fold. Three weeks ago I bought an 02 EB/ModRed Z06. This is my 5th Corvette and its by far my favorite. If you're ever driving your Vette thru Central Ohio and see a guy in a blue Z grinning like an idiot and waving ... that would probably be me ! I just joined this forum looking for information on a C1288H code that my car threw for the first (and only) time today.

Dude, ar eyou going to mid-Ohio ofr the American Racing Series on 8 August? One of our forum members is opening up the National Anthem! He is so lucky....He gets to hang with wuth Pratt & Miller Race Team for one week prior to and then bangs out the Anthem live on NBC. I wish I could be there!!!

Congrats and welcome to the forum. My shop manuals are on the other coast right now or I'd look up your code for you. As mentioned, try posting in the tech section and someone should help you out.
I do remember that the "H" indicates its a historical code, so it might have been something that temporarily hit a limit (traction control is common) and cleared.
