Ok, I've got an annoying little problem. About a week ago I noticed my car was starting up funny. It took a little longer to turn over. I didn't think anything of it. Then on Wednesday I brought her out to wash her. Afterwards, I drove it to the store. When I return and begin to back up, it stalls on me. I tried to start it back up but it didn't want to turn over. After a few tries I get it going. So as I'm driving home, a buzzing sound comes from somewhere near my dash and stalls again. I coast it to a stop and keep trying to start it back up and move out of the way of traffic. It kicks over and I drive home. The next day I start it up and the DIC reads "low voltage" and "reduced power" with the check engine light on, and after a few seconds it stalls. I try again and everything works perfectly and drives normal with no check engine light. The next day I turn it on and my dash and HUD go ballistic, lights flickering and then going dim with check engine light. Sometimes the dash wont even work at all, yet the car will start and then die. How do i fix this without going to the dealer? It's a bone stock 2002. Thanks in advance!

How old is the battery?? If it's the original, change it... otherwise get it load tested and change it if it's anywhere close to marginal. These cars demand the proper battery for their pre-running loads!!

1st thing to check. These cars go crazy with weak batteries.

Ok, I just had my battery tested and everything checked out fine. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence but I noticed sometimes when I use my turn signal, it triggers the stall.
Another common issue is a loose positive battery wire at the starter. Check your alternator connection also. Grounds and weak batteries make these cars go crazy. It is usually a simple thing when alot of things go nuts at once.

I checked the alternator. That's fine. Where is the starter located? Is it under the car?
Sounds like a bad Ground to me. It's a 10 year old car (like mine). Stuff corrodes. You're going to need to go through all the electrical connections, battery, starter, etc., until you find it. Open the hood and loosen/retighten anything with a wire attached by a Nut. And disconnect/inspect/clean any of the Ground blocks (flat, multi-wire connectors mounted along the front/side of the engine compartment).
