Got rolled for drag racing yesterday night. I already have 5 points on my record. The situations is this last night a kid on the road recognized me and pulled a knife on me and told me to pull over so my first insticnt was to run but I got pulled over for drag racing and the other guy didnt get pulled over he just drove away, plus the police officer didnt try to pull him over even though he squeeled his tires off the line and raced too!?!? What should I do I need any and all advice possible. Thanks Guys I appreciate it!!!
You better start talking to a lawyer,you don't have a chance with that story unless you can prove you were in fear of you life which i believe would be very difficult,good luck.
If your story is true, I would make up another story. Someone with a knife in a car, when I'm in my car doesen't seem that threating to me Sorry, Now if he was pointing a gun at me that's a whole new ball game.

I would close my window put on the radio and ignore the a hole and kept driving .
