Help with tire sizing

I am in process of upgrading my tires and rims... Well, the rims that I really like are the ccw 505a's ... they come in 19" ..

Will I have to do anything to make these work.?? Read several threads that talked about having the same ratio on front to back to make the active handling work correctly..

Some many options... Once I figure this out.. then I need the tires..

Would you suggest the same tires.. front and back..

Well, you can see I am new here and have the mod bug.. Just need some EXPERT advice..
