Hi! This is my first post. I sent in a deposit on a yellow Z06 with red/black interior. The dealer had ordered it with all options less body side moldings. I'm told there are no options other then memory and lic plate. Is this correct? Are these colors crazy?
Should I get chrome wheels shipped to the dealer or are the factory wheels better? I'm told the car will be delivered the last week in Aug. I just discovered this forum yesterday seems great!I had a 66 & 73 big block years ago. I drove someones 2001 automatic and found it quite fast. A friend of mine has a 2002 Porsche turbo (the$160,000 edition). The acceleration of that car in 2nd gear and up is Awesome! The "G" force is unbelievable. How will the Z compare to the Porsche "G" force wise? Looking forward to many more posts!
Do a search on chrome wheels and you should find some good info. A few of the guys have run with some turbos and do very well. Do a search for "porsche turbo" and you should be able to find some info as well.
Welcome to the fourm. Your going to love the Z. You will have to look far and wide to find any stock car that can keep up with you, including the European variety.
i luv the mod red and ;yellow car...it /ROCKS !!!!
