Memphis area members,
There will be an SCCA race this weekend here in Memphis at Memphis Motorsports Park.
I'll be there participating both Saturday and Sunday as will another local Z06 owner who has converted his Z06 to T1 specs. I am hoping for four T1 cars to show up this weekend.
There will be six race groups. T1 will be in group 2.
Come out and watch the fun!
Schedule:
Saturday May 24th, Regional Race
Sunday May 25th, National Race
Practice starts at 8:00am both days and runs 30 minutes for each group.
Race 1 will be after practice, so at about 11:15am. Race 2 will likely be the first one after lunch at about 12:45 or so, followed by races 3-6.
Cost is about $7 per person. You will need to sign a liability sheet as this event is not truely a spectator event. However, the SCCA is looking for new members, so they will gladly let you in once you pay the insurance fee (which all of us members have to pay as well).

MMP is off Fite Rd, a half mile west of Raleigh Millington Rd and a few miles south of highway 385.
