New Bassani Z06 exhaust installed

Yesterday I had my new Bassani Z06 exhaust put on, (that's what Bassani calls it), that replaced my old Bassani setup. The system is pretty mutch an exact copy of the Borla XR-1 system, but with different tips. So you have a resonator muffler right before the over axle pipes and then the pipes lead out to two tips.

The sound of this system is simply awesome At WOT it just screams. Partial throttle the tone gets higher pitched which at first I though I wouldn't like, (it sounds higher pitched inside of the car), but once I had my friend drive the car past me a few times it sounded perfect Interior resonance is now an issue too. The cabin gets filled with allot of bass from this system up until you reach your cruising speed, but it's not too bad.

Power wise the car seems alittle more responsive down low. Also the tires now spin almost all the way through 2nd gear which before they would only spin for a second. I'm going to dyno the car here very soon and only then will I see if I really did gain any power over my previous Bassani exhaust.

Below are some links to some pics of the tips. At this point I don't know if I like the tips or not. I may just buy some of the Bassani 4inch slant angle tips since the tips are bolted on. Watching the car drive past me the tips did look pretty good. Tell me what you think of the tips?

Stoplight to stoplight you do get quite a bit of resonance inside the car. Once you're in 4th or 5th gear though it seems to almost all go away.

I tend to turn up the radio when I experience the pipe sound.
Those are Bassani 4" tips.

Looks good at 95mph.

See the X-pipe? I kept the original cats and added TPIS long tubes.
