Hello everyone. Figured since I been lurking on this forum for awhile but never posted anything, I make my first post introducing myself now since yesterday I picked up a 2002 EB Z06.
I have always wanted a V8 GM car of some sort. However being young with a V8 didn't work out well with insurance. So I had a 1999 Hugger Orange Camaro V6, with the 5 speed, to commute back and forth to college with. I really enjoyed the car and it will be missed but I guess everything can't last for forever.
So when I entered college freshman year I made a goal that once I had a job lined up for after school that I hopefully get a C5 Z06. Well I reached my goal and man does it ever feel GREAT! I won't go into how great of a car it is because you all know how wonderful it is! The car is pretty much stock. As far as visual mods go it has a shorty antenna and for performance it has slotted and drilled rotors. Not super big fan of the rotors and will probably just put solid rotors on the car whenever I do the first brake job on the car. Nice thing is it came with the original gray wheels too, so have an extra set which will come in handy. Here are some pictures that I snapped real quick so far.
I know this site use to have size restrictions for images and I was trying to find the size restrictions but couldn't find anything that applied to images, besides the signature requirement. So sorry mods if the images are too big. If they are too big let me know and I will post smaller images.
Congratulations on your college completion, job, and goal achievements.
Nize Z! and great pics.
You're fine on pics, as auto-resizing is in play.
Nice Avatar, too ...
