New Incentives

Just for curiosity's sake, wanted to get everyone's take on what new incentives will be like in the beginning of January when the current offers "expire". I look for some sort of improvement to get the year off to a good start...we'll have to wait and see.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. Any uncertainty re: oil supply will result in higher energy prices which will be a "tax" on the economy slowing things down in the near term.

I am trying to find a way to go short Iraqi REITs and go long construction companies.
