new member here - just bought 2004 commemorative lemans edition
well after waiting 2 months i finally received my 2004 Z06 commemorative lemans edition vette. it seems that gm had a hold up on aquiring the carbon fiber hoods as they were being built by a subcontractor. anyway, i am very happy with this car and feel it is the best vette i have ever owned. not that i have owned alot of previous vettes. the vette i had b4 this one was a 1997 C5 that i did a few performance and horsepower mods 2 including upgrading the stereo, etc.
it is my understanding that they are only making 2,015 of these lemans z06's. can anyone verify this for me? also, most importantly can any one tell me how to find out what build # my vette is of the 2,015 made?
p.s. - i have some pix of my car on my puter, but i can't seem 2 figure out how 2 post them on this site? any ideas on how 2 do this, anyone?

ok. i finally got a pic of my new vette uploaded to the site. all u have to do is click on the gallery link located above this post next to my profile link. u will also see pics of some of my other rides.

Once you ahve the pictures in the Gallery/Concours you can add them to your posts. If you look below your picture in the Gallery you will notice a blue colored URL. If you left click this link to the picture the link will be copied into memory. Simply go to your post and do a CTRL-V and the image link will be pasted into your post.

Very cool. I'd love to get one of those, but still owe a bit on the '03.
