That picture is from the Bloomfield Hills, Michigan PD. A suburb about 15 miles North of Downtown Detroit. It is one of the most affluent communities in America. Mostly CEO's from the big 3 and other top Michigan companies live there....when Roger Penske moved his Corprate headquarters from New Jersey to Redford, Michigan several years ago he bought a home in Bloomfield Hills.

I've seen one Z06 Florida highway patrol leaving Morrosso Motorsport Park pass me on shoulder of road going after Camaro SS kicking past good 125mph good old boy never saw him coming you see here they go undercover some even dress up now like surveyors but with radar detectors! radio every speedster that fly's by construction signs since they can charge double fines for speeding!
