Wow, it's been a busy couple of weeks for me and my Z06. First, added Pfadt Coilovers and T1 Sway Bars... then this past weekend I installed Sparco Roadster II seats ... then today I installed my new CCW C14 wheels... and now I'm broke.
I have to thank CCW for being phenomenal as always! This was my third set of wheels I've purchased from them. I called Chip exactly 3 weeks ago and explained that I wanted satin black C14s, but wanted to know if he could make them in the same offsets as the famous "Classic Big Street" setup I had on my previous FRC. He said it hadn't been done, but that it shouldn't be a problem. Well, today they showed up, and they are amazing. The fitment was flawless and the satin black finish looks perfect.
As for the seats, they are amazing. I can actually feel what the chassis is doing for the first time ever. Plus not smashing into the door during 1g turns is a plus too! They are quite comfortable and fit me like a glove. I am about a 32 waist, and I could see these as being a tad tight for anybody over a 36. Thanks to Arizen Racing (non forum vendor, so PM me for details about them) for the brackets to mount these seats on the factory power rails. They worked great. Also, big thanks to FLATOUT, his post with step-by-step install pics was INVALUABLE to me and saved me many hours and headaches I'm sure.
This completes "Stage 1 - Grip & Handling" of my modding plans. Next spring I begin "Stage 2 - Braking" and "Stage 3 - N/A Power Upgrades" ... stay tuned.
Re: [PICS] CCW C14 Custom BIG STREET Setup + Sparcos!
Most excellent!
Any plans for harnesses? ... harness bar or roll bar?
If harness - can you use a 6-point? (don't see a pass-thru on the seat for a crotch strap 5-point ...

Thanks!
Roll bar and harnesses are on the to-do list. There's no hole in the seat for a sub-belt, I'd just have to run the belt in front of the seat.

Looks awesome. Any problem with fitting the 315's in the back?? Did you have to modify the rear brake ducts at all?? Do they stick out the sides at all, or did getting the right offset take care of that issue??
Seats look great too, think Carravaggio uses that seat as a mold for their C5 race seats, but not exactly sure.....

315s fit perfect and don't stick out at all. But, yes, you do have to remove the inner part of the Z06 brake duct.
I've heard the same thing about Caravaggio using the Roadster as a mold. From what I can tell, at the very least, they are damn close. And I got both of these w/mounts and shipping for the price of one Caravaggio.

You only get the lip on 11.5" or wider from CCW. I'm pretty sure they're cut that way so you can fit a big brake setup in the front. I think even the 15" Brembos will fit behind these rims. I kinda like the LeMans car look with just the lip in the rear.

Those look awesome!!! Are they painted or powder coated? Are these the race version or the street? It looks like the race version (lighter) with no centercaps.
