Rick, I guess they have to fund that retirement plan somehow..........
This is a bit of a slap, imho.
They just posted GREAT earnings, and bonus's for everyone, and WE get hit with more price increases.....go figure.

doesn't make sense to raise the price when the dealers have to discount 'em 5k to get them off the lot... not really sure who this affects.

Ok....I'm really confused here First the incentives (zero, zero, 90 days). Prices go down and everyone buys (including no other than me).

Everyone's concerned that their Corvettes aren't holding value. Too many produced and too much incentives.

Now the incentives "dry-up" and we see a price increase.

And folks are upset. So I quote my collegue, Adam Boca..."
wazz up?"

I still feel we will see incentives again...........

Unless something MAJOR happens SOON, the economy is staying in the crapper.

Only the very well heeled are going to buy a new C6, or a new C5, with the new GS option, if it costs an additional 4-5k......over a stock Z.....

Unless something is done, I forsee a very DIFFERENT year for GM, than the one just past..........how many folks have need of a NEW vehicle NOW???........

On the flip side, FORD, had better get it's act together...and hit a real HR, on the new Stangs...........or, they are going to be in VERY serious trouble.....( even worse than now).

In view of the current economy, I see HP vehicles as the only saving grace for the automakers.........
And, if GAS goes to $3/$4, a gallon..the truck SUV market will be DOA.

The C6 may be out of reach for alot of people, especially the Z06. Probably be 60k plus.

Maybe Chevy is trying to get rid of the early 03 cars. They are at least $500 dollars cheaper... Hope the incentives come back when I am ready to buy at the end of this month.

adjusted accordingly as well?..
