Rear brake air duct loose!

Was doing a once over on the car and noticed that my passenger side rear break duct (the black triangle thing) is loose at the bottom. The other one fits flush against the car's body while this one is not attached at the bottom portion.

How do these things attach to the car? Are they screwed into place or glued? How can this be repaired?

I pretty sure they are glued, you probably need some self adhesive tape!!
